Automatically adjust brightness, contrast, and sharpness for better-looking images.

CleanCutBG's photo enhancer fixes underexposed, dull, or soft photos with fine-grained controls that mirror what professional editors use: brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, plus separate highlight/shadow recovery and white/black point adjustments. Click Auto-Analyze and the tool inspects the image, detects what's wrong (too dark, low contrast, washed out), and moves every slider for you in one click.
Compatible with JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC (20 MB per image). The enhancement engine processes photos on our server and streams the result back — no installation, no account. A before/after comparison slider sits below the preview so you can judge the difference before downloading.
Photo enhancement isn't magic, it's a handful of specific adjustments applied in the right order. Understanding what each control does turns guesswork into deliberate editing.
Auto-Analyze inspects the histogram, detects underexposure, low contrast, and dull colours, and moves the sliders to fix them. It's calibrated to give a natural, not-overprocessed result, perfect for typical phone snapshots.
Can enhance make a blurry photo sharp?
Partially. Sharpness enhances edge contrast, which makes slightly soft photos look crisper. It can't recover detail from severely blurred or out-of-focus shots, that would need AI super-resolution.
What does Auto-Analyze actually do?
It reads the image histogram, detects underexposure, low contrast, weak saturation, or soft edges, and sets every slider to a corrective value. It's tuned to look natural, not overprocessed.
Can I preview before downloading?
Yes. The before/after slider lets you compare the enhanced result side-by-side against the original before you commit to a download.
Is the photo enhancer free?
Yes, free. Every slider, the auto-analyze feature, and batch processing are all available without an account. No watermark is added to enhanced photos.
Will enhancing change the image dimensions?
No. Enhancement changes pixel values, not pixel count. Use our Resize tool to change dimensions.
Does it work on iPhone and tablets?
Yes. The enhancement sliders are wide enough for finger control on phones. The before/after comparison slider also works with touch gestures.
Are my photos stored on your server?
No. Enhancement adjustments are applied in a single pass: the image is decoded, filters are applied to the pixel buffer, and the result is encoded for download. The buffer is released as soon as the response is sent. We don't store, cache, or back up any uploaded photos.
Your upload is processed for the requested edit and is not used as a public example. For storage details, read our privacy policy.
